Big for Performance was developed as a graduate recruitment campaign designed to position McGrathNicol as an engaging and distinctive career choice for university students entering the professional services industry.
Chloe developed the campaign’s visual identity and creative assets, establishing a bold and adaptable design language that could capture attention within a competitive graduate recruitment market while remaining connected to the firm’s broader brand. The campaign was rolled out across university and recruitment touchpoints including flyers, pull-up banners, social media content, email invitations and print advertising.
The resulting suite created a consistent and recognisable recruitment presence across physical and digital channels, helping communicate McGrathNicol’s graduate offering to prospective candidates.
