Since 2009, Chloe has worked with BHP to transform complex mining procedures, technical information and safety requirements into clear, accurate and engaging training communications.
Working closely with machinery operators, engineers and subject matter experts, including on site at mining operations, she develops a detailed understanding of equipment and procedures before translating this information into intuitive visual materials. Her work spans interactive e-learning, detailed technical illustration, instructional design and a broad range of print and digital safety resources, with projects receiving nominations for global safety awards.
