Chloe was engaged directly by the Victorian Government to develop the initial visual identity for the newly established Victorian Racing Integrity Board, an independent body responsible for overseeing integrity and animal welfare across Victoria’s racing industry.
Following the development of the brand, Chloe designed the Board’s 2019–20 and 2020–21 annual reports, translating detailed governance, regulatory and performance information into clear and professionally structured publications.
Working within the requirements of government reporting, she developed a consistent visual system combining considered typography, information hierarchy and data presentation to make complex content accessible while establishing a credible identity for the new organisation. Both annual reports were formally tabled in the Victorian Parliament, providing an official public record of the Board’s activities and performance.
