Founded by Chloe in Melbourne in 2015, Lighten Up Candle Co is a boutique candle brand specialising in luxury hand-poured soy candles and personalised products. Chloe developed the business and its creative identity from the ground up, establishing the logo, brand system, packaging and custom product labels alongside the broader suite of marketing communications.
She also designed and built the brand’s WordPress website and WooCommerce store, creating a complete e-commerce experience supported by Mailchimp email campaigns and digital marketing. Extending beyond the creative direction of the brand, Chloe was involved in the hands-on production of the candles themselves, giving her ownership of the complete customer experience from product development and packaging through to marketing and online sales.
