From 2016 to 2020, Chloe served as Art Director for the Law Institute Journal and Young Lawyers Journal, leading the monthly design and production of publications distributed to more than 20,000 Law Institute of Victoria members.
With the flagship Law Institute Journal (LIJ) spanning more than 100 pages each month and a publishing history of over 90 years, the role required a careful balance of editorial consistency, visual quality and demanding production deadlines. Chloe worked closely with editors, journalists and advertising specialists to establish each issue’s visual direction, manage editorial layouts and advertising placement and create custom advertisements for a range of organisations. She oversaw the design process through to final print production, maintaining the quality and integrity of two established publications while delivering each issue to a consistent monthly schedule.
